The Sacrament of Baptism is often called “the door of the Church,” because it is the first of the seven sacraments not only in time (since most Catholics receive it as infants) but in priority, since the reception of the other sacraments depends on it.  Once baptized, a person becomes a member of the Church – and not just in this parish, but of the whole Catholic church worldwide.

The Parish celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism on Saturdays after 5pm Mass and on Sundays after the 11:30 am Mass. We offer Baptism Preparation Classes several times a year – our next is on January 17th, 2021. Please contact Pam Cottrell at (780) 475-2816 if you have further questions, or if you would like to reschedule a Baptism that was delayed due to the COVID-19 Church closure in 2020.
