The Sacrament of Baptism is often called “the door of the Church,” because once baptized, a person becomes a member of the Church – and not just in this parish, but of the whole Catholic church worldwide.

In our parish, we typically offer baptisms after our 5 pm Saturday or our 11:30 am Sunday Masses.

In order for a child to receive the Sacrament of Baptism, parents must download and fill out this form:


and a copy, either physical or digital, of the child’s birth certificate. The form and birth certificate are to be submitted to, or to the parish office.
